As we gather beneath the new moon and approach the autumnal equinox, we find ourselves at a natural threshold. A moment between the seasons. A window after eclipse season where much is still coming forward and re-settling.
This is your sacred invitation to slow down, turn inward, and honor what may be changing within and around you. A few hours outside the rhythm of everyday life to gather in community, honor the season you are in, and make a little more room for whatever is asking to be felt, released, welcomed, or simply held.
Grief is a very diverse landscape worthy of reflection. Whatever this landscape looks like for you, this evening will give you space to be present and the vibration to settle into the moment.
Our journey together will include sound, peacefulness, honoring, releasing and surrender. Be willing to exhale what is no longer serving you in order to make space for more love—love for yourself, the moment and all that is on the horizon. Love for all that has been and the love that is woven into the seeds we will plant together for your future.
Take these moments to honor grief and listen for that whisper from your heart - from your Soul. It’s there that we return to our truest state. We believe that state is love.
♡ The Evening
Think of it as a little evening retreat.
We’ll begin by welcoming ourselves into sacred space together with a gentle sound settling, before sharing ceremonial cacao, intention, reflection, and conversation. There will be room to speak, share what’s stirring in your heart, and be witnessed, as well as room to simply listen and receive.
From there, we’ll soften into a deeply restful sound journey, allowing the body to become quiet and giving ourselves space to rest, feel, listen, and turn inward.
The evening will be held in a cozy, sacred space in Mount Pleasant, SC. Weather permitting, we’ll spend some of our time outside on the porch by the pool, gathered around a sweet fire beneath the stars.

Doors will open at 5:30 PM so you can arrive slowly, get comfortable, and settle into the space.
♡ Ceremonial Cacao
LuLu will share a beautiful ceremonial cacao from Legacy Cacao as we gather with intention and open into the evening.
♡ Reflection + Connection
We’ll explore the energy of the new moon, the changing season, and the transitions moving through our lives, with space for sharing, listening, and being together.

Caroline and LuLu will guide you into a nurturing sound experience with space to become still, journey inward, and deeply rest.
