Workshop Structure
We’ll begin with a limpia, a traditional energetic cleansing using resin from a sacred tree indigenous to Mexico. This ancient ritual helps to clear the energetic and psychic fields, opening space for the medicine of the evening to be received with greater ease.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll be guided through a gentle, meditative experience with a delicious ceremonial beverage made from cacao seeds of the Tabasco region of Mexico and a soothing medicinal blend of Rose and Hibiscus.
Surrounded by the loving frequency of our community altar, we’ll settle into sacred space together. You’ll be invited to share in ceremonial music and song, guided by the rhythm of the harmonium and medicine drum. No singing experience is needed—simply an open heart and a willingness to connect through sound, vibration, and presence.
As the cacao begins to open the heart, you’ll be led through a restorative meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and heart, calm the spirit, and release feelings of pleasure and joy. There will be space for quiet rest, reflection, and integration, an opportunity to simply be with yourself and the generous present moment.
We will close our time together in community, with song, sharing, and gratitude.
