Forgiveness Alchemy

In returning to yourself, you return to what is real. My intention is to serve you in viewing all of who you are with new eyes and greater accuracy. You gain new perspectives as you become aware of the filters you see your life through. In returning to yourself, it is important to explore forgiveness.

Stepping into your power requires stepping more fully into love: claiming the purity and innocence of who you are and choosing to see the old and outdated identities of you as innocent as well.

Forgiveness restores neutral divinity.

One way to restore this is with the Hoʻoponopono practice of reconciliation:

  1. I love you

  2. I am sorry

  3. Please forgive me

  4. Thank you

You can practice this with yourself and with others, but never from a place of ego. Forgiveness is a practice of the heart — not the mind.

When restoring neutral divinity with yourself, you heal the old identities that once limited you. You can go through each individually to receive the greatest benefit.

As we awaken the heart, we awaken the energy of unconditional love force.

The heart chakra’s mantra is, “There is nothing to forgive.”

Forgiveness is simply another word for love.

Although at certain stages in our journey this mantra can be triggering, when you connect to your heart, the truth is undeniable.

Forgiveness is a powerful act of releasing the desire for the past to be different than it was. Wishing otherwise keeps you stuck and breeds suffering.

You’re not here to be stuck, sister. You’re here to fly.

Use this alchemy to set yourself free.
