A One-on-One session is truly an experience unlike any other! A private yoga class with me is very special, and sure to leave you feeling loved, inspired, more connected with your body, mind and spirit.  

Private instruction is a great place to begin a yoga practice, and also a great place to dive more deeply into a well-established practice.  It’s the perfect opportunity to really learn alignment (which looks and feels different on every body), break things down, and have the magical “Ah Ha” moments we all love.  

LuLu will guid you through and explore specific areas of interest, such as: fundamentals of yoga, how to do a specific asana (posture), adjusting to injuries, chanting, meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy, diet and much more!

You are highly encouraged to me questions. And just like all treatments, each session is tailored to fit your individual needs, creating a balanced practice for the whole body.

Class Descriptions

“Full Body Gratitude” Class:

Full Body Gratitude is 75 minutes of yummy restorative yoga, massage and deep relaxation. Bring a mat and a blanket so you can get cozy and drift into la la land! It’s been a big dream of mine to teach classes in such a healing space for deep relaxation and reflection. I hope you’ll join me in appreciating your body for the divine instrument that it is! See you Tuesdays!! ​

“Busy People” and “All Levels” Classes:   

Open to ALL levels, accessible to the newbie and master alike. You’ll sweat, you’ll smile, and you’ll be INSPIRED! This is a Jivamukti style class with a flowing sequence, hands on assists, pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation, Sanskrit chanting, yoga philosophy, and meditation. This class addresses every single chakra in the body, all 7 main energy centers. Advanced variations are always available. Music plays an essential role in my classes, with the goal of leaving you inspired and at peace.

“Restorative” Class:  

I love referring to Restoratives as “Yummy Yoga”! This is a class for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, very yin (moon based). We are in a dark room, usually with candles, and postures are completely supported. We hold these cozy Restorative poses for at least 5 minutes each, with the goal to feel completely safe and at ease so we can truly let go of tension. Releases here can be very powerful and feel great! We use lots and lots of prop blankets, blocks, a strap or belt, and of course hands on assists! 

What to expect from  Jivamukti Yoga:  

Jivamukti Yoga is one of the 9 internationally recognized styles of Hatha Yoga, with emphasis on teaching yoga as a spiritual practice: a way to deepen your faith. The Jivamukti Yoga Method is a path to enlightenment or freedom through compassion for all beings. In other words, showing others the same kindness that you desire is shown to you. The name “Jivamukti” was chosen to reflect the one pure goal of a yoga practice: Freedom. Freedom from the whirling of the mind and freedom from our own limited view of our potential, which leaves space for the one thing we want most: HAPPINESS!
